The candidate will receive an email and text with a link to the consent form to be completed. In order to confirm their identity, the candidate will need to take a photo of their face and submit a valid, recognized piece of identification. Following facial authentication, consent will be accessible and the candidate will be able to add the necessary information to the checks.

The time required to receive your final report depends on the verifications ordered. Upon receipt of the signed consent, the delays applicable go as follows:

• Credit Check: Real time verification*
• Landlord Pro/ Landlord Plus (Quebec): In the following 4 business hours, you will receive a preliminary report presenting the results of the credit verification, criminal background check and Tribunal administratif du logement verification. A maximum period of 3 business days applies for the reception of the final report.

It is important to understand that fast results are guaranteed because of our freedom to access the information. However, for the verification of the landlord and employer, the delay for the reception of the final report depends on the speed of response of the references.

*Additional time may apply if an information is to be validated by our team (e.g. validate that the credit report is that of the candidate, difference in information on file, etc.) the file will be prioritized by our agents during working hours.

The last line of the credit check presents the following elements:

• Credit Utilization refers to the percentage of credit outstanding to the larger loan available to the candidate as of the date of the file.
• High credit refers to the highest amount ever owed by the candidate.
• Balance refers to the total amount due by the candidate as of the date of the file.

To use the credit in your name, simply send an email to [email protected] with the new applicant’s information. It is necessary to include the email address, telephone number, full name, date of birth of the new candidate and the file number of your original request.

If your candidate withdraws from the process before we begin preparing the file, your request will be refunded 100%. However, if the file is in progress and our agents have already worked on it, the request will not be refundable.
